Hassle-free Property Transfers
Family transfers involve transferring a property from a family member, spouse, company, super fund or deceased estate whether as a sale, gift or under Court Orders. As conveyancing practitioners, we'll prepare necessary paperwork and attend to stamp duty requirements, lodging documents in a timely manner.
Property transfers do not generally require a vendor statement or contract of sale, and costs are less expensive than standard conveyance. Our property transfer service costs start from $770.00 (incl. GST), with additional costs added where necessary.
