Elsie joined us in December 2018 as a 12 week trainee puppy for SEDA. Excelling at all assessments, at 12 months of age and having such a great temperament the SEDA team decided that she would make an excellent breeding dog for new generations of Seeing Eye dogs.
After giving birth to 27 Pups over 3 litters, in February 2024 Elsie retired from SEDA Breeding life and is now Sharon's pet dog. Some of Elsie's pups have gone on to graduate to qualified Seeing Eye Dogs, Assistance & Therapy Dogs. Good job Elsie.
Inge was born in July 2022 and is Elsie's daughter from her second litter of 9 pups, Inge's Dad is a honey coloured Golden Retriever. Inge went through full puppy training and into formal training with Seeing Eye Dogs but was released as pet life was her destiny. Marie adopted Inge and is now her slave.

FAQs
Conveyancing is the process of transferring legal ownership of a property from one party to another. Both buyers and sellers are required to have conveyancing done. Conveyancers are qualified licensed professionals that undertake all aspects of property dealings.
No, you do not need a lawyer or solicitor as well. A Licensed Conveyancer is fully qualified to complete any conveyancing transaction in Victoria. Conveyancing can seem complicated to the layperson, so we are more than happy for you to drop in and see us at our Bendigo office for a chat if you have any questions.
We get paid at settlement and generally do not ask for any fees or funds upfront (the exceptions being sales). Every matter is different, so we do not offer fixed price quotes for conveyancing.
Sure, there are cheaper low cost conveyancers than us but with Adroit Conveyancing you receive professional, competent, transparent and ethical service, and you always deal with the licensed conveyancer. We run a paperless office environment in Bendigo, and have leading software and email correspondence and documents where possible. That keeps our fees and costs for conveyancing down. We don't order unnecessary searches and certificates, but we will never "go cheap" to get the job done.
We have completed thousands of transactions. Marie & Shae are Licensed Conveyancer without any restrictions on their conveyancing licences, which means they are am accredited to act for clients who are selling or buying a business. They are both Fellows of the Legal Institute (Victoria) and Marie is a Certified Practising Conveyancer of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victoria Division).
Fellows of the Victoria Institute currently have the privilege of being authorised to witness Statutory Declarations and take Affidavits in Victoria pursuant to the The Oaths and Affirmations Act 2018 and to certify documents.
